A team that thinks a good website
should not take as long as it usually does
WebWaiWer started from a simple question: why does one website take months, when the actual work might be half of that?

Why we started doing this
Before WebWaiWer we worked in development teams building sites for large organisations. The same thing kept happening: most of the time went not on design or code, but on waiting for approvals, handing work between teams, and meetings that moved nothing forward.
The clients who lost the most time were small and mid-sized businesses. They needed a handful of pages that worked well, but were put through the same process as an enterprise project — a completely different problem.
So we started with the opposite idea: a small team talking directly to clients, cutting the steps that produced nothing, and using modern tooling so a small team can ship the same quality as a large one. Clients get their site far sooner, and the work is no rougher for it.
A site that goes live a month earlier is a month more of business opportunity.
Mission
Give businesses of any size a website that genuinely works and can grow with them, without a long wait or an inflated bill. We measure success by whether the site makes the client's work easier or their sales better — not by how many pages we delivered.
Vision
To be the first team a business thinks of when they need a new site or system, because they know they will get a straight answer, a clear scope, and work delivered as agreed.
Six things we hold to on every project
Agree the scope before starting
We do not begin until both sides agree what is included, how long it takes, and what is not included.
Say the true thing, not the easy one
If a feature is not worth the budget, or should wait, we say so — with the reasoning and an alternative.
Ship what creates value first
Large projects are split into phases so you can use the most important part without waiting for all of it.
Speed is a feature
A slow site loses people before they read a word, so we measure and tune performance while building, not after.
Code someone else can pick up
We write assuming another team may inherit it — readable structure, handed over with documentation.
You own everything
Domain, hosting and source code are all in your name. Change providers whenever you want, with nothing holding you back.
Tools chosen for the job, not for the hype
Frontend
- Next.js
- React
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Framer Motion
Chosen because pages can be rendered ahead of time, which keeps them fast and fully readable by search engines.
Backend & Data
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Prisma
- REST API
- Headless CMS
For projects with accounts, orders, or content the client's own team needs to edit.
Deploy & Ops
- Vercel
- GitHub Actions
- Cloudflare
- Sentry
- Google Analytics
Covers going live, catching errors, and measuring what happens after launch.
Integration
- Stripe
- Omise
- LINE Messaging API

- Resend
Connects to the services businesses here actually use, for both payments and customer notifications.
